4.良好的数据结构和算法基础，有较强的算法设计和实践能力；
5.具有良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决有挑战性的问题充满激情；
6.具备较好的学习力和理解力，能够主动参与系统持续建设和优化，并具备较好的沟通和抗压能力。
