北京同心创业培训中心是由北京工友之家文化发展中心和中国人民大学乡村建设中心联合创办的公益性培训机构。中心响应国务院针对新生代打工者加强城市就业能力培训，加快新生代打工者市民化的号召，结合社会各界资源，为广大的新生代打工青年提供免费的学习和培训机会，开设以电脑职业技能和城市公民教育为特色的培训课程。学校实行全日制半军事化管理，培训合格的学员将推荐相关的工作岗位，并提供长期的支持和帮助。
