The HDST/PDX drug screening platform integrates the respective advantages of the HDST (Hydrogel embedded histoculture drug sensitivity test) model and the PDX (Patient-derived tumor xenograft models) model with independent intellectual property rights, and plays an important role in personalized tumor treatment and new drug development: 1. Use HDST/PDX models to conduct personalized one-to-one pharmacodynamic testing for tumor patients, predict the effectiveness of various combination chemotherapy regimens or the latest drugs for tumor patients, avoid the risk of drug testing on the patients themselves, provide optimal personalized treatment plans for tumor patients and doctors, improve patients' quality of life, and thereby prolong patients' lives; 2.
