一、岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心数据库（包括Oracle、OceanBase、MySQL、PG等）的日常运维、性能优化、容灾切换、备份恢复等工作，确保数据库高可用与高性能。
2、参与数据库故障诊断、SQL 语句优化、慢查询分析及数据库资源调优。
3、为业务系统上线、迁移、容量规划等提供数据库支持，与开发、运维、安全团队紧密协作。
4、推动数据库运维自动化工具和流程建设，提高数据库服务稳定性与效率。
5、制定并不断完善数据库的运维规范、开发规范及运维规范,促进知识共享。
二、任职要求：
1、熟悉业界主流关系型数据库或分布式数据库；熟悉数据库原理并有大规模运维经验。
2、掌握 Shell、Python、Go 等至少一种脚本语言，有数据库自动化运维工具开发经验者优先。
3、具备分布式数据库运维、调优、故障处理经验者优先，熟悉其架构和分布式特性。
4、具备强烈的责任心、良好的抗压能力与团队合作精神，能胜任高强度或应急场景工作。
5、具备良好的英语听说读写能力优先。具备良好的自驱学习能力。
