1、岗位职责
负责券商数据需求的分析与核心开发，支撑投研、风控、经纪、投行等核心业务的数据对接与开发；
深入理解证券业务逻辑（如交易、清算、账户、产品、合规等业务规则）；
与业务方深度协同，将复杂的证券业务规则转化为可落地的数据处理流程，提升数据资产的服务能力；
探索AI+数据自动化场景，支持智能投研、客户画像等创新应用的数据开发。
2、任职要求
学历背景：硕士以上
工作经验：3年以上数据开发经验，具备完整的金融行业（尤其是券商、基金等）数据项目落地经验，3–4年经验者优先；
3、专业能力：
熟悉Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka等大数据技术栈；
有较强沟通能力和业务抽象能力，能独立完成从业务到数据的转化。
熟悉Wind、同花顺、彭博等金融数据接口优先；
金融/经济类专业背景，熟悉证券市场基本制度与业务流程优先；
了解大模型在金融数据中的应用场景（如公告解析、舆情分析、智能摘要等）。
