Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Municipal Landscape Construction Co., Ltd. was established in July 2010 and is a * wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was officially established on October 20, 2010 and is a * wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. The company currently has 11 departments and 93 employees, including 5 doctoral graduates and 11 master's graduates, and more than 30 personnel with intermediate and senior professional technical titles such as registered architects and registered cost engineers.
