吉林省农业机械研究院创建于1958年，现隶属吉林省科技厅。作为吉林省农机行业科技创新、技术开发及学术交流的中心，我院始终担负着推动全省农机化发展的重要任务。现阶段我院是以促进农业现代化、新农村建设和农村可持续发展为目标，开展农业机械化的基础性、公共性和创新性技术研究，进行农业装备关键技术和零部件的攻关、产品研发、示范推广、技术咨询和技术服务。
