3、熟悉数据库原理，具备丰富的 SQL 优化经验，熟悉 MySQL，Redis的开发与管理；
4、熟悉 RESTful API 设计，能独立完成接口设计与开发工作；
5、熟悉常用的设计模式和算法，具备良好的代码规范，能够编写高质量的可维护代码；
6、熟悉常用的开发工具（如 Git、Maven、Docker 等）；
7、良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力，能承受一定的工作压力；
8、有微服务、分布式系统相关经验者优先；
9、具有高并发系统开发经验、性能优化经验者优先。
