四川绵阳四0四医院是川北医学院附属第二医院，又是绵阳市传染病医院、绵阳市红十字医院，筹建中的绵阳市职业病医院，现为三级乙等综合医院。始建于1964年，系原第四机械工业部（后为电子工业部）部属重点医院，为地（厅）级事业单位。1985年医院由电子工业部下放四川省电子行业管理，主管部门为四川省电子工业厅，核定副地（厅）级事业单位。1989年划归为绵阳市电子行业管理，主管部门为绵阳市电子工业局，并将电子工业部第四O四职工医院更名为绵阳四O四医院。1994年划归绵阳市卫生局管理，为市直属卫生事业单位，保留为副地（厅）级事业单位。1994年评定为二级甲等综合医院，现为三级乙等综合医院。 地址：绵阳市跃进路56号
