中国人民解放军第464医院坐落南开区红旗南路中石油桥旁，该院始建于1951年，1992年通过叁级甲等医院验收，是一所集医疗、教学、科研于一体的综合性驻军医院。该院承担着第四军医大学、白求恩军医学院、天津医科大学、吉林医药大学等10余所大中专院校的实习及教学任务。是天津市综合性涉外医院，医保定点单位，新农合定点医疗单位。同时还是中国人民解放军空军骨科中心，中华医学会天津医疗会诊中心，天津市交通事故急救定点医院，第43届世乒赛指定医疗机构，“构筑健康老龄社会”义诊特邀医院。
