康达农机专业合作社是按照《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》的要求，于2007年8月成立，注册资金1000万元。以农民为主体，按照自愿、自主、互惠、互利为原则的农民合作组织。合作社的宗旨是组织起来，共同面对农机作业市场、生产资料市场和产品销售市场，降低生产成本，提高经济效益。
自成立以来，现已经发展了20多个合作社，2000多户。得到了吉林省农委的充分肯定和大力支持。
现在主要开展生产资料的统一采购、技术支持、农产品的统一销售。由于业务的需要，诚招有志于农业发展的人才加盟。
