1975年，公司创始人郭廷梓先生在台湾新竹创立帝尔特企业有限公司，并注册“爱得利IVORY”商标，并于当年推出硅（硅）胶奶嘴。
1988年，投资大陆设立厦门帝尔特企业有限公司，并于之前设立帝尔特（香港）有限公司。后相继成立维露奇（厦门）化妆品有限公司，爱得利（广州）婴儿用品有限公司，爱得利(上海)妇幼用品有限公司，并在国内设立产品分销公司：上海分公司、武汉分公司。
公司主要经营奶瓶、奶嘴等婴幼儿用品，类别包含聚碳酸酯奶瓶、玻璃奶瓶系列、硅胶奶嘴及液体硅胶奶嘴系列、安抚奶嘴系列、婴儿礼盒系列、牙胶、牙刷等辅助用品系列、纸尿裤、婴幼儿内衣用品系列。
