岗位职责
1、依据需求，负责业务产品的定制化开发、单元测试、交叉代码走查、文档编写等日常工作。
2、参与功能需求分析和系统概要设计，独立完成系统的设计、开发和系统维护，负责完成对应的单元测试和集成测试；
3、参与与软件设计的重构、优化，保证产品的可迭代可维护性,负责部分独立部署系统的技术支持与维护工作。
4、完成团队领导交办的其他技术任务。

能力要求(Skill Requirements)
1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，编程基础扎实，熟练掌握常用数据结构和算法；2、扎实的SQL语言功底，熟练使用Mysql、Mongodb，有处理过复杂业务逻辑并有优化经验者优先；3、熟悉J2EE体系架构，熟悉netty、SpringBoot、Mybatis、mybatis等主流开发框架；4、有分布式系统开发经验, 了解相关rpc协议thrift ;4、熟悉Redis、MQ、nginx、ES 等中间件的使用和问题解决；5、熟悉Linux/centos等常规操作、项目Tomcat、netty 部署配置及调试等；6、熟悉敏捷开发的开发流程，熟练掌握Idea、git、svn、maven等常用工具；7、熟悉软件工程基本理论和方法，熟悉分层软件架构的概念和方法，熟练掌握面向对象编程思想；8、能够承担一定工作压力，能独立分析需求和开发模块代码，独立解决项目关键性问题；9、具有较强的技术学习能力及沟通能力。工作积极主动认真负责，具备团队精神，有较强的责任感。
