大有食品集团缘起于创办人翁启镜董事长,于1975年在台湾的老家澎湖一个小渔村上开设的"志明海产行".凭藉观光经验及讨海拼搏精神,翁先生终于1980年跨海至台湾创办职工多达200人的启传企业股份有限公司,专门加工鱿鱼制品.
随着社会环境的变迁,市场的需求,翁先生终于1990年决定再度跨海进入中国,也从此开展翁先生的第二个人生起点,开始了以水产行业的佼佼者为目标,以职工为伴,以厂为家的绵长辛苦奋斗历程.
1991年于福建东山岛创立的*厂"东兴水产加工有限公司"—-占地面积45亩,拥有职工800名,3000吨冷藏库,2500平方米加工车间,生产设施完善,专门生产鱿鱼制品及加工本地鱼虾等水产品.
1996年于东山岛再创立第二厂"东旺水产冷冻有限公司"—占地面积25亩,拥有职工500名.冷藏库存量8000吨,可日产250吨的急冻设备,及2500平方米加工车间,专门生产冷冻水产调理食品及速冻饵料.
2000年于东山岛成立第三厂"东毅食品有限公司"—-占地面积25亩,拥有职工800名,4000吨冷藏库,200吨急冻设备及3500平方米加工车间,专项生产金枪鱼类的水产品罐头.
董事长翁启镜先生以"企业为布施,利润是福报,展转诸世间,圆满善循环"的理念,带领着公司全体员工齐心协力努力奋斗,终于2004年再度创办第四厂"安邦水产食品有限公司"位于诏安县梅岭镇.这是一个经由主人翁精心设计,设施完善,符合ISO9002,HACCP及欧盟国际质量卫生认证要求的现代化水产工业园—-占地面积580亩.园里规划有50000吨大型冷库,休闲食品生产车间—-冷冻鱼片加工车间,金枪鱼罐头生产车间,及符合标准的水质处理厂,设备完善的检验室,洗衣房,污水处理厂,温馨舒适的职工生活区等等.并具备海洋捕捞及运输远洋船队航行于世界,产品行销于世界各地.
