滨州义乌国际商贸城位于滨州市东外环路西侧、黄河八路以北侧、黄河十二路以南、淄滨铁路以东，总规划用地1000亩。
商贸城一期用地300亩，建筑面积25万平方米。其中，商贸城主楼10万平方米，为三层全框架结构，一楼层高5.5米、二、三楼层高5米。共有商铺1999间。主楼西侧为商业步行街，建筑面积13万平方米。1-2层为商铺，3-5楼为商住用房；共有沿街商铺791套，商住房678套。商业街西侧为公共仓储用房，共计2万平方米。主楼东面停车广场约5万平方米，可供2000辆中小型车辆停放。仓储用房西侧停车广场约4万平方米，主要停靠大型货运卡车。
