芜湖市富鑫钢铁有限公司坐落在繁昌区新港镇，占地总面积1000多亩，现有员工2780余人，其中高级工程师100余人，专职技术人员300余人。总体项目建设有：580 m3、1080m3高炉各一座、200㎡烧结机二套、80吨、120吨转炉各一座、中厚板连铸生产线一条、550型、650型轧机生产线各一条和10000M3、16000 M3制氧站各1座，主体工程配套了6.5万千瓦余热发电机组和转炉煤气回收综合利用项目的节能环保设施，目前已形成年产200万吨优质精品高强度钢的生产能力，年产值实现突破100亿元，年利税近10亿元。
