The parent company was established in Pennsylvania, USA in 1945, and an R&D office was established in Silicon Valley, California in 1986. In 1991, a branch was established in Lancaster. In 2003, an investment of 1 million USD was made to establish the Lingsheng sales office in Hong Kong to expand the Chinese sales market. The Lingsheng Die-Cutting Research Institute was established in 2004. In 2005, an authorized investment of 6 million USD was made for asset expansion, especially in the handheld electronics industry. In 2006, the Shenzhen plant was established, covering 8,000 square meters, and in September of the same year, the Suzhou plant, covering 2,700 square meters, was established. In 2007, the Tianjin plant, covering 7,000 square meters, was established. Currently, there are three plants in Shenzhen, Suzhou, and Tianjin, and six sales offices in Chicago, Singapore, Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Beijing, with offices set up in major cities nationwide.
