公司以生产优质碳素铸钢和低合金铸钢为主，铸件如艉柱、挂舵臂、半齿圈、隔板套、高压内缸、阀体、轴承座、轮带、机架等。现有年产20000多吨铸件的生产能力，*大铸件50吨。生产采用水玻璃砂CO2硬化工艺；生产设备有30吨LF精炼炉1台、5吨碱性电弧炉1台和3T等中频炉数台。金工车间具备对铸件进行粗加工的能力。公司具有化学分析和力学性能试验能力。公司通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证，有完整有效的产品生产过程质量控制体系。公司已取得GL、BV、ABS证书，并已建立计量检测体系。
