3.数据库与性能优化：负责数据库表结构设计、SQL编写与深度优化，保障数据安全与访问效率；参与系统性能调优，解决潜在的技术瓶颈。
4.全流程项目管理：熟练使用Git、Maven、Jenkins等工具，参与从代码集成、持续构建到自动化部署的完整研发流程，提升团队交付效率。
5.代码与文档规范：遵循团队代码规范和开发流程，编写高质量、可复用、易维护的代码，并撰写清晰的技术文档。
6.团队协作与沟通：积极与产品经理、前端工程师、测试工程师及其他团队成员紧密协作，确保项目顺利推进和高质量交付。
岗位要求：
1、学历要求:统招本科及以上学历；
2、技术要求：
a、具备扎实的Java知识体系，熟练掌握Java基础知识;
b、熟练掌握Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybaits等框架;
c、熟练使用Git、Maven、Jenkins等工具；
d、熟练使用MySQL、Oracle等数据库及SQL优化；
e、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式框架、中间件、数据库等机制，能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用解决问题;
f、对需求有良好的理解能力，具有规范的编程习惯和设计能力;
g、负责项目开发，完成目标开发任务，注重业务和代码规范；
3、其他要求：
a、海外留学或211/985院校毕业者优先；
b、性格撲酷开朗；
c、有大型项目经验。
