职位要求：
1.国家认可的本科及以上学历（国内外设计学院均可），3年交互、视觉设计等相关领域工作经验；
2.具有优秀的视觉、动效设计、平面设计和手绘能力，能够使用主流的设计工具（如Axure、Figma、MasterGo、Sketch等）进行交互原型设计和视觉设计工作；
3.具备优秀的沟通能力，能够有效地与跨部门团队合作；
4.理解用户需求，能够从用户角度思考问题，并提出改进建议；
5.了解设计思维（Design Thinking）方法论、有用户研究等相关经验者更佳，擅长撰写各类报告者优先。
