naked Retreats, founded in 2007, is a design consulting, hotel development and management company. We create accessible retreats from the hectic city life; a place to regain balance and restore oneself through closeness to nature. We are pioneers in sustainable nature retreats and give guests unique and rewarding personal experiences in stunning natural environments. naked Retreats is a fast growing company that offers an exciting career. We currently employ over four hundred staff between our headquarter office in Shanghai and naked Stables in Moganshan. We are planning to expand to ten properties in China within the next five to ten years. As a hotel management company, the majority of our positions are at the resorts in the guest services sector. However, we also have exciting positions in our Shanghai headquarters in development, sales, marketing and communications, human resources, architectural design and other hospitality related sectors
