ZYT Testing

Shenzhen Municipal Engineering Design Institute Testing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZYT) is a third-party testing technology enterprise specializing in providing testing services to clients. ZYT was formerly known as Shenzhen Limin Indoor Environment Testing Center Co., Ltd., which was registered and approved by the Shenzhen Administration for Industry and Commerce in July 2005. In September 2006, it passed the laboratory accreditation assessment and obtained the China Metrology Accreditation (CMA) qualification, possessing the qualification to independently issue impartial data to society. In October 2010, the company applied to the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervisory Authority and the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision for changes to the company (laboratory) name and address, and passed the on-site assessment for laboratory accreditation. To better meet customers' testing needs and adapt to market development, the company decided to expand its scale and increase testing items. In 2011, ZYT invested substantial funds to purchase advanced testing equipment, expand laboratory space, recruit and cultivate excellent management personnel, testing technicians, and corresponding staff, and passed the on-site assessment for laboratory accreditation (scope expansion) in November 2011. The testing business developed from only being able to conduct single indoor air testing to being able to carry out testing for environment, building materials, etc. Testing items now cover 22 major categories including indoor air; water and wastewater; drinking water; seawater; air and exhaust gas; noise and illuminance; soil; electromagnetic radiation and radioactivity; cement; aggregates (sand and stone); concrete; mortar; metal materials (including welding and mechanical connections); building doors and windows; building energy-saving materials; building structural energy-saving testing; building glass energy-saving; wires and cables; power distribution and lighting; ventilation and air conditioning; energy-saving engineering for air conditioning system cold and heat sources, auxiliary equipment, and their pipe networks; combustion performance, involving over 240 sub-items of testing. Through continuous development and the unremitting efforts of all colleagues, ZYT has established a sound organizational structure. Currently, ZYT has 3 major functional departments and 16 functional offices, including the Testing Department (Environmental Testing Room, Building Materials Testing Room, Road and Bridge Engineering Testing Room, Calibration Laboratory, On-site Testing Room, Comprehensive Technology Room, Quality Management Room), Comprehensive Management Department (Receiving and Dispatching Room, Sample Management Room, Report Compilation Room, Document Management Room, Equipment and Materials Room, Human Resources and Administration Office), Marketing Department (Market Development Room, Customer Service Room), and Finance Room. Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the business policy of "scientific methods, accurate data, pragmatic and impartial, excellent service", taking customers as the center, winning customer trust, basing itself on the testing market, and serving society as its mission. It actively devotes itself to the testing technology industry, contributing its wisdom and strength, and providing high-quality testing services to society with standardized behavior and accurate data. As a member of the Shenzhen Decoration Association, ZYT has won unanimous praise from numerous customers and various certification bodies through its rigorous, pragmatic, and efficient work attitude, and has established long-term partnerships with major and medium-sized enterprises across the country, such as Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Microsoft China Co., Ltd., China CITIC Bank, ZTE Corporation, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Kingkey Group, Fantasia, Vanke Group, China Overseas Property, Netac Technology... etc. In 2011, ZYT became an employment internship base for Shenzhen University.
