东营市胜利新西兰学校成立于2003年，是东营市家中外合作国际高中学校。原油田一中全国模范教师葛昕女士任校长，新西兰企业家Lawrence Liu先生任董事长。胜利新西兰学校下设高中部、国际部。高中分国内班和出国班，国内班学制三年，参加国内高考，为国内大学培养合格新生；出国班学制2.5年，通过高中教育和强化英语教学，向国外大学输送合格留学生；国际部面向社会，开展出国留学服务及高端英语培训。
