SWS MU Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established on January 15, 2004, with its registered address in Shanghai, China, and a registered capital of RMB 150 million. Its current shareholders are Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., holding 67% of the equity, and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust Banking Corporation, holding 33% of the equity.
