岗位职责：
1. 负责公司Android客户端的开发、维护工作；
2. 负责公司Java后台服务的开发、维护工作；
3、根据产品功能模块设计，编码实现各模块功能，并确保开发质量与进度；
4、负责软件的设计、编程、调试和单元测试工作，验证和修改测试中发现的问题；
5、学习和研究新技术以满足产品的需求，根据开发过程中的体验对产品提出改进建议。
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上Android开发经验；
2. 具备独立分析、设计、完成核心代码高质量编写和独立处理问题的能力；
3. 具备扎实的Java、Kotlin开发语言编程能力；
4. 了解Android平台内存管理机制、进程管理机制、任务管理机制；
5. 深入了解AndroidUI事件传递、布局、绘制等原理，能够编写自定义UI控件；
6. 熟悉网络通信原理，Socket通信、TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS有一定理解；
7. 对常见的Android框架OkHttp、Retrofit、Glide等有一定源码分析能力；
8. 有音视频编解码FFmpeg相关经验优先；
9. 有Spring全家桶、Mybatis、Redis、MySQL开发经验优先（Java开发）；
10.有微信小程序、ArkTS、混合开发经验的优先；
11.至少熟练掌握一种大模型开发工具，有利用AI写代码的经验；
12.熟练使用Linux系统。
