新兴镇联邦爱心医院业务楼严格按照成都市乡镇卫生院规范化建设标准建设，业务楼三幢。占地面积6673.67平方米。建筑面积3248.5平方米，工程2009年1月开工，于2010年1月竣工并投入使用。总投资1200万。同时捐赠120万元设施设备。包括500mAX光机、多功能麻醉机、全自动呼吸机、全自动生化分析仪、救护车、病床、计算机、空调等。
医院编制床位：编制床位25张；实际开放床位35张（其中：内科15张床位；外科10张床位；康复理疗病区10张床位）
医院开展业务科室：
外科（骨科）、内科、急诊科、儿科、妇科、中医科、预防保健科、康复理疗科。提供放射、检验、B超（床旁B超）、心电图等铺助检查。
