In 2012 (formerly Jangho Creation Group Co., Ltd., Jianghe Curtain Wall, stock code 601886) (English name: acquired Sundart Holdings Limited, referred to as 'Sundart Decoration'), achieving a combination of Chinese and Western strengths and a powerful alliance, Beijing Sundart Chuangjian Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned domestic company of Sundart Decoration, responsible for expanding the domestic market. In the same year, Jangho Group also acquired the domestic Guanyuan Decoration (a state-owned enterprise). The three forces are now joining forces strongly, which is bound to create new brilliance. At the end of 2013, Jangho Creation Group acquired Hong Kong Steve Leung Design Limited, further consolidating and strengthening the group's strength.

Relying on the international brand influence of Sundart Decoration and the strong support of Jangho Creation Group, Beijing Sundart Chuangjian Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. has achieved remarkable results, establishing branches in multiple locations and successively winning bids for local landmark buildings. In 2013, it successively won bids for the Yanqi Lake Kempinski Hotel, the fine decoration works for Buildings 6 and 7 of Yanqi Lake International Conference Capital, the guest room and public corridor fine decoration works of Wuhan Fanhai Sheraton Hotel, the fine decoration works of Changzhou Marco Polo Hotel, the fine decoration works of Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town, and the fine decoration works of the main building hotel area of Qingdao Han Lu Lou Resort Hotel, among others.
