Zotye New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. Changsha Branch (formerly Changsha Zotye Automobile Industry Co., Ltd.) is an independent legal entity established in Changsha by Zotye Holding Group, taking the opportunity of restructuring Hunan Jiangnan Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which has a significant background. The company has a registered capital of 100 million RMB and currently employs over 1,000 people.
