1.三年以上货代销售经验，二年以上业务主管工作经验；包括空运，海运，陆运等；
2.熟悉货代市场，并对该行业有一定的认识；
3.有同行业团队管理经验，懂得销售团队的管理与激励；
4.热爱销售行业，有激情，良好的沟通谈判能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
5.团队合作意识强，有有稳定货量及客户资源者优先；
6.要求英语四级以上，同时会日语的优先考虑录用；
7.大专及同等以上学历
