中国医药集团是由国务院国资委直接管理的中国*大的医药健康产业集团，以预防治疗和诊断护理等健康相关产品的分销、零售、研发及生产为主业。中国医药集团成立于1998年，由中国医药（集团）公司、中国医药工业公司、中国医药对外贸易总公司、中国医疗器械工业公司4家企业联合组建而成。2003年中国药材集团进入集团、2009年集团与中国生物技术集团公司联合重组、2010年上海医药工业研究院、中国出国人员服务总公司进入集团。目前集团旗下拥有十家全资或控股子公司，国药控股一家H股上市公司及国药股份、天坛生物、现代制药、一致药业四家A股上市公司。2010年实现营业收入890亿元。
