Hunan Hongyi Legal Service Group was initiated and established by the Law School of Hunan Normal University in 2008. It comprises seven independent legal entities: a law firm, an intellectual property agency company, a bankruptcy liquidation company, an enterprise consulting Co., Ltd., a legal assistance information consulting Co., Ltd., an investment consulting Co., Ltd., and a judicial training school. It currently has more than 120 staff members, including 86 registered lawyers, 11 certified public accountants, and 2 registered tax agents and registered appraisers. The group takes legal services as its main line, with business covering litigation representation, patent application, trademark registration, enterprise financing, asset restructuring, bankruptcy liquidation, judicial training and many other fields. The group aims to provide comprehensive, "one-stop" legal services for enterprises and institutions, administrative organs and individuals. It currently serves more than 200 enterprises and institutions and more than 30 administrative organs and public institutions. As the main body of Hongyi Legal Service Group, Hunan Hongyi Law Firm is a national advanced unit for resolving social conflicts and an excellent law firm in Hunan Province. The firm purchased a 1,000-square-meter 5A Grade-A office building, with office environment and supporting facilities among the best in the province, and is committed to building a new type of law firm with information management and big data services. Hunan Hongyi Law Firm has the qualification to provide various special financial legal services. It is a registered intermediary agency of the Hunan Equity Exchange, a member of the candidate pool of intermediary agencies for small loan companies in Hunan Province, and has membership qualification of the Hunan Property Rights Exchange. In 2012, the firm was selected into the list of bankruptcy administrators of the Hunan Provincial Higher People's Court, becoming one of the ten law firm bankruptcy administrators in Hunan Province. As the first law firm in the province to closely cooperate with a university law school, Hunan Hongyi Law Firm is a practical teaching base of the Law School of Hunan Normal University and an excellent legal talent training base of the Law School of Central South University.
