我院位于无锡市东郊鹅湖镇，属全民所有制综合性医院，占地2.4万平方米，建筑面积1.37万平方米，床位176张，拥有国外先进的仪器设备30多台。全院设内科、外科、妇产科、骨科、传科等五大科室，拥有在编在册职工１56名，其中专业技术人员１01名（高级职称者5名、中级职称63名）。2006年收治住院病人5300多人次、开展手术1800多例、接产900多例、实现业务总量2000多万元。
