初级销售工程师岗位职责

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，男女不限；
2、熟悉电子市场，有电子元器件行业1年以上工作经验，优秀本科应届生可考虑；
3、性格开朗，热爱销售工作，擅长客户开发与市场推广，对电子元器件销售充满信心；
4、有较强的沟通能力、有敏锐的市场洞察力、有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度；

岗位职责：
1、协助销售经理实施产品销售策略，收集客户信息，建立完善的客户资料管理；
2、负责收集市场信息与动向，组织调查公司产品和市场同类产品的销售情况，撰写市场调查报告；
3、负责公司市场机会开拓和合作伙伴开发；
4、协助销售经理进行商务沟通、洽谈以及合同流程推进等事宜；
5、通过挖掘客户与服务客户，加强企业对外宣传，建立良好的公司形象；
6、负责客户接待工作及部门安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：

1.Give particular importance to design, ergonomics, costs, weight, functionality, reliability, the compliance with the customer requirements. Implement existing components wherever possible regard the aviation-related regulations during the offer evaluation.
2.In the offer preparation phase of a project be responsible fpreparing the summary of customer’s requirements the corresponding proposals. Initiate necessary investigations including layout investigation, new specifications, regulations investigation, new features offer ability checking confirmation.
3.Be responsible fthe preparation of technical aspect during the offer evaluation process (OEB/SDB) present the summary to the German Chinese development team which includes Platform, Modules, Validation Verification.
4.Ensure timely summary of the non-recurring costs (NRCs) project timelines from all concerning departments.
5.Establish a good understanding of the product calculation.
6.Ensure timely accomplishment of the offer evaluation by following the respective OEB process.
7.Be familiar with aviation regulations OEMs SPECs capable faircraft layout investigation proposals.
8.Keep regular visiting to customers together with Sales fproviding technical support getting hfeedbacks from customers.
