岗位职责：
1、客户投诉的响应与跟进解决；
2、客诉问题对策执行有效性的监督；
3、对接客户支持内部项目工作的开展；
4、客情关系的维护。
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上品质岗位相关经验，；

Job description:
1、Product customer/ field performance tracking analysis.
2、Customer complaint tracking / FA / CAs.
3、RMA support analysis.
4、Coordinate on customer onsite process product quality audit QBR meeting.
5、Alignment between PQC, OQC customer IQC.
6、Support on OQC FA.
7、Represent customer to have internal process audit warehouse audit.
8、ECN/PCN sign off from quality side.
9、New line qualification sign off.
10、Line stop / resume coordination from quality side.
Requirement:
1、College’s degree above in relevant electronic major.
2、Experience in cell manufacturing process is preferred.
3、Experience in PQE CQE in electronic industry is preferred.
4、Good communication skills with customer.
5、Resultiented with team work spirit.
6、Good commof English both in reading writing.

2、处理客户反馈问题，对不良进行失效分析并提出解决方案；
3、调节质量纠纷，组织对重大质量事故调查分析，进行客户满意度调查分析；
4、制定质量技术法规并监督实施。
任职要求：
1、熟练掌握五大工具（APQP/PDAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA）；
2、熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系；
3、汽车行业工作经验优先；
4、懂环境体系、职业健康安全体系者优先。
