工作内容
协助财务总监统筹事业部财务管理工作，参与制定并落实事业部财务战略与经营目标；
负责事业部财务预算编制与管理，跟踪预算执行情况，通过预算管理提升公司经营效益； 负责事业部成本管理与生产成本核算控制，持续优化成本结构，提升成本竞争力；
负责编制事业部财务管理报表，向管理层提供各项财务报表及经营分析报告，为经营决策提供依据。
理想的求职者
全日制一本及以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业毕业；
5年以上大中型制造业财务管理工作经验，其中至少2年财务经理及以上岗位经验，具备优秀的管理能力；
熟悉制造业生产成本核算与控制、资金运营及预算管理，具备较强的财务分析与经营分析能力；
具备流利的英语听说读写能力，能够胜任海外业务沟通场景；
能接受短期出差海外。
具备海外业务财务管理经验； 熟悉国际财务报告准则（IFRS）、跨境财税及外汇管理。
持有CPA（注册会计师）、ACCA、CTA（注册税务师）等国内外权威专业证书加分；

5. Get deeply involved in business strategy development execution, provide feasibility
study, track investment payback, monitprogress of key initiatives.
6. Support conduct data-driven pricing analysis by providing financial consultancy.
7. Play critical role in transformation projects upon assignment.
8. Drive innovation by bringing forward new ideas processes fimproving efficiency in
financeganization.
9. Be responsible frelated Internal Controls.
Qualification Experience
Education Background
Above bachelor’s degree, majin Finance, Controling related;
Professional certification, such as CMA, CIMA, CGMA, CPA is preferred;
Qualification Experience
10+ years’ progressive work experience in finance field
Familiar with business, manufacture business, as well as service business
Critical Ability, Skill Knowledge
SAP Knowledge
Strong Excel, PowerPoints PowerBI skills
Logical structured problem-solving skills, good analytical communication skills;
A change enabler, quick leaner team player;
Ambitious, curious, reliable

Responsibility
Processes
-Follow Monthly closing process to ensure a smooth closing process timely/accurate deliverables
-Closely work with BUs to manage commercial policy agreements conduct regular review on accrual, settlement, effectiveness proper documentation
-Ensure robustness of financial information deliver appropriate commentary, work closely with BUs to ensure smooth delivery of meaningful data
-Optimize finance operation process to improve internal control process effectiveness efficiency, ensure compliance requirements are met
-Support ad-hoc data requests including co-ordination review
-Enhance continuous process system functionalities improvements
Business Partnering
-Partner with BU Head on an ongoing basis to provide strategic input financial guidance to the management in identifying delivering growth objectives, support ROP growth priorities through ASP analysis management
-Provide financial advice on new business opportunities, supported by financial modelling (BP) result, evaluate challenge specific majinvestment proposals
-Support the BUs on macro-economic analysis, business intelligence as required
Requirements
Technical
-Proficient financial knowledge of accounting, modelling, analysis, evaluation with strong analytical skills attention to detail with the ability to use internal external data to drive progress
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills, which enable liaison negotiations with internal external parties
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet critical deadlines in line with business requirements
-Experience in business partnering, include identify financial improvement opportunity, solving complex problems, project management
-Excellent computer skills
