岗位职责：
1、负责混合键合技术开发与优化（主要是C2W混合键合，也会包含W2W混合键合），与供应商紧密合作;
2、对接客户混合键合项目，与客户紧密合作；
4、混合键合项目的规划和执行，协调内外资源，确保研发计划按时完成;
5、通过调查工艺、设备、产品前后工艺等，进行技术难点分析对策;
6、积极挖掘申请相关专利;
7、积极开展行业合作，承担横向研发项目。
8、进行机台效能提升、本地化设备供应商开发等；
任职资格:
1、硕士研究生及以上; 微电子、材料、机械、半导体物理、集成电路等相关专业;
2、熟悉2.5D/3D集成、混合键合或系统集成等先进封装集成技术，熟悉先进封装相关工艺和设备;
3、能够对研发结果进行系统性总结，并形成科研报告 ;
4、具有优秀的沟通能力；
5、丰富的W2W或C2W键合工艺及键合设备原、相关知识。
6、有先进封装工艺、混合键合工艺相关工作经验优先

OBJECTIVES:
We are now seeking highly motivated individuals to join Limagrain China Field Research Team. Under supervision of China hybrid breeder manager, you will manage a regional commercial breeding program, to the best hybrids frelated corn market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hybrid development Testing:
· Develop maintain the hybrid program focused on product pipelines in target segments. Ensuring that the pipeline hybrids can meet markets’ requirements in yield other important agronomic traits.
· Responsible ftesting plan building, data analysis, product characterization recommendation fhybrids advancement.
· Involve in line breeding programs, to screen inbred lines serving fcommercial hybrid development purpose.
· Work closely with trial team on hybrid evaluation. Participate to the main testing activities (sowing, phenotyping, harvest, training, etc.).
· Coordinate with PD teams, to ensure that all relevant information data are available during hybrid advancement.
· Work closely with PD, Sales Marketing teams to collect information fine-tune the breeding goals fhybridization.
Functional Support:
· Coordinate with TI team ftrait conversions fthe parental lines of pipeline hybrids, give recommendation at every season.
· Responsible fhybrids seed increase request ensuring seeds availability ftesting, demonstration, registration.
· Responsible fregistration PVP application document preparation ftarget segment.
· Participate to other activities in research stations when needed (seed counting, pollination, etc.)
· Manage budget resources fprogram to attain the objectives.
Qualifications:
· Ph.D. M.Sc. in Plant Breeding related fields.
· Three more years of experience with strong background in breeding, quantitative genetics, statistics, molecular technologies.
· Willing to work in agriculture corn breeding, as well as field work.
· Ability to use software fdata analyses, management, presentation, reporting.
· Good ability to leadership, management, communication, teamwork.
· Good language skill in both English Chinese (oral written).
· Ability to work extended hours outdoors frequent travels during entire growing season.
· Driving license is required.

2、主导键合工艺实验设计，解决键合对准、空洞、界面缺陷等关键问题。
3、协调整合前段制程与后段工艺，确保混合键合整体流程稳定可控。
4、监控键合工艺参数与在线数据，建立过程控制与失效分析体系。
5、支持新产品导入，完成键合相关工艺验证与技术文档撰写。
任职要求
1、微电子、材料、物理等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上半导体PIE经验。
2、熟悉混合键合（Hybrid Bonding）工艺原理与关键制程节点。
3、具备键合工艺整合、良率提升及失效分析实际项目经验。
4、熟悉晶圆级键合设备及相关量测、检测手段。
5、逻辑清晰，具备跨部门沟通与数据分析能力。
