开发部经理岗位职责

Initiate new projects utilizing technology design approach that is new to CD inder to develop new products, processes materials leading to lower cost, simplified manufacturing, higher product quality, reliability safety.

· Initiate new projects in response to specific needs in the areas of product component design.

· Initiate revise specifications, deviations, drawings proposals as necessary fnew products current products.

· Lead manage product development projects jointly with Marketing Product Managers.

· Monitexisting products designs to assure continuing product integrity cost effectiveness. Assure uniform product design approach to each product family.

· Provide technical expertise fa product family to sales, marketing, customers plants through the using of product specifications drawings. Coordinate inputs from other engineers.

· Provide directions guidance to product engineers on product development. Provide ongoing training to other engineers, drafters technicians. Develop, improve standardize design tools, models calculations, incorporate them in document control train all engineers in using of them.

· Actively maintain develop functional s with global engineering team, to cooperate to develop products keep close communication with global engineering team.

· Cooperate with other departments to offer technical support related to product technology.

· positive learning culture in the Product Design team.

· Other tasks assigned by GM, Asia CTO.

职位描述:

一、工作职责：
1、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门内日常制度、规则的编写；
2、负责部门内人员的培训、团队建设及部门见的协调工作；
3、根据上级领导的安排，组织完成产品的软硬件开发、调试以及客户问题的及时处理；
4、负责电动汽车BMS的开发管理，包括需求说明、设计方案、概要设计的编写审核；
5、制订部门内的开发任务计划、组织项目组人员完成项目开发和问题的处理；
二、岗位要求：
1、熟悉车载产品或电池管理系统BMS研发，或熟悉开关电源设计，在电力电子或电源方面有较强的经验；
2、对模拟电路和数字电路要非常熟悉，至少5年以上模拟电路或电源产品开发经验；
3、熟悉freescale或C51单片机、ARM及其外围电路设计；
4、精通SCH、PCB常见设计软件及设计规范，有至少2年的电动汽车BMS的设计经验；
5、能独立编写产品开发需求书、概要设计，熟悉软硬件调试方法及技巧，熟练使用仪器仪表；
6、具有较强的工作责任心、良好的沟通、协作、敬业精神和文档写作能力；
7、本科以上学历，自动化或电子类专业，累计8年以上产品开发经验；
8、能检索和阅读相关的英文资料；
9、有较强的部门管理能力和至少2年以上的部门管理经验；

岗位职责：
1、能独立自主开发新客户、拓展新项目；
2、能很好地维护客户关系、保持良性互动；
3、能协同公司内部平行部门共同推进项目、开发客户、维护客户关系；
4、能进行签订谈判和签订；
5、能独立完成公司下达的经营目标。
任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，五官端正，形象好气质佳，沟通能力强；
2、需从事建筑工程项目5年以上，土建、消防、园林、工业项目、市政等类型项目优先考虑；
3、拥有一定的行业客户和人脉资源，主要负责相关领域市场开拓；
4、具备较好的市场分析及判断能力，有良好的客户服务意识；
5、能够熟练使用WORD/EXCEL/PPT等办公软件；
6、有良好的团队意识和承压能力，有驾照。
