Beijing Tianmian Engineering Management Co., Ltd., formerly known as MCC Hekun Tianmian Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 1995, with a current registered capital of 80 million yuan. It is a diversified group company integrating research and development, construction, production, and sales. The company was originally a wholly state-owned professional technology company under the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China, with initial business involving supply of complete equipment, tendering, import and export, and technical services. Later, due to the restructuring of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry into a bureau, with the approval of the Personnel Department and Construction Department of the Ministry, the company undertook the placement of some personnel from the Ministry.
