pe主任岗位职责

任职要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历，工科等相关专业；
2、一年以上电子厂PE/PIE工作经验；
3、具备工艺策划相关经验；
4、工作专心,态度端正有团队合作精神能承受工作压力；
5、.会DVP试验者优先。
岗位职责
1、组织编制产品的工艺文件，制定材料消耗定额，劳动工时定额；根据技术质量需要，设计工艺装备并负责工艺工装的验证和改进工作；设计生产设施和装备配套方案。按国家标准化管理要求和公司有关规定编制、管理工艺文件；
2、组织工艺人员深入生产现场，掌握质量情况；指导、督促车间工艺技术员及时解决生产中出现的技术工艺问题，搞好工艺技术服务工作；
3、负责组织新产品图纸的会签和新产品批量试制的工艺工装设计，完善试制报告和有关工艺资料，参与新产品鉴定工作；
4、负责组织实施产品的产前工艺准备工作，制订新产品试制的产品工艺，解决生产过程中的工艺问题，做好工艺指导工作；
5、参与产品的质量分析及重大质量、设备事故的分析、处理；协助有关部门返修产品的鉴定，修复方案的审定，信息反馈反馈工作；
6、协助有关部门搞好员工的工艺技术标准、工艺纪律、工艺规程教育；
7、积极开展技术攻关和技术改进工作，对技术改进方案与措施，负责签署意见，不断提高工艺技术水平；
8、负责本部门方针目标的展开和检查、诊断、落实工作，做好每月分析总结。负责本部门人员的管理和绩效工作，不断提高部门工作效率；
9、及时完成上级布置的各项临时任务。

1.根据公司经营计划和上级领导的指示，制定部门管理目标和计划，参与制定公司发展战略、年度经营计划和预算方案，并主持规划相应的支持方案，对技术支持方案进行审核工作；

2.建立、完善部门内部各项工作制度和流程，建立关键绩效考核指标，定期完成对部门内部员工的考核；

3.负责PE团队管理,优化业务能力和提升团队分析水平，组织制定实施部门年度工作计划，分配、监督年度任务目标的完成；

4.带领PE团队参与新项目各阶段工艺设计，管理好产品的可制造性，监督生产过程中的工艺流程，及时发现并解决工艺问题，不断开发新工艺；

6. 负责量产项目良率提升，重大异常分析和改善，收敛结构相关问题，为改进工艺流程提供数据支持；

7.负责量产项目的工艺变更管理，确保变更及时有效

任职要求Job Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，机械、材料、车辆等相关专业有优先
Bacheldegree above, majin machinery, materials, vehicles other related fields is preferred
2.具备车载产品上下游制造行业优先
Automotive product upstream downstream manufacturing industry is preferred
3.英语四、六级，具备日常口语交流优先
English CET-4 CET-6, dailyal communication is preferred
4.精通PE分析手法：5W2H、5why、SMART、IE七大手法、CPK等
Proficient in PE analysis techniques: 5W2H, 5why, SMART, IE seven techniques, CPK, etc
5.掌握产品导入流程及注意事项，产品关键质控点与问题改善能力,如DFM/DFS/DFA/DOE/PFMEA评估运用

6.精通生产制造工艺与研发设计流程，熟悉精益生产方法论及各种质量工具，具有较高成本意识；

7.具备较佳的沟通表达、逻辑思维及书面汇报能力。

职责描述：
1. 承担CVD新工艺模组相关的新技术研发任务，负责新工艺模组新制程、新单项工艺的技术指标定义，主导新模组流程整合、新单项工艺调试与交付评价工作；
2.协助TD制程整合部门促进研发项目的整体推进与按时交付；
3. 协助FAB生产制造中心推进重大技术改善或产品良率提升；
4.协助公司新项目立项评估生产维度的可行性评估；
5.协助采购对新材料、新设备的选定，提供必要的技术规范支持。
任职要求：
要求：
1.本科及以上学历，8年以上12寸晶圆制造CVD工艺相关经验，有LG40或者3D IC研发经验者；
2.熟悉CVD工艺相关指标与器件性能的关联性；熟悉CVD与上下游工艺的关联与协调;
3. 精通Applied Material Producer/Ultima，LAM ALD等机台的操作及菜单设定，精通CVD各菜单参数对工艺的影响；
4.精通统筹评估新开发菜单的量产兼容性指标(机台的容忍度,工艺window, Defect, Throughput等);
5.对CVD薄膜性能调整有深刻理解，精通HDP/Harp等填孔制程。
