project coordinator岗位职责

Job Descriptions:
1.Support daily operation of department, includingder creation, project
tracking, certification, invoice etc.
部门日常业务支持，包括但不限于立项，开案，项目跟进，发证，出票等等
2.Project management.
项目管理，完成整个项目的闭环工作
3.To Finish the other works assigned by Supervisor.
完成直系经理分配的其他工作任务
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelors Degree above.
本科学历或以上
2.1-3 years working experience in same similar position handling project
management.
1-3年关于项目管理或文档管理的相关工作经验
3.Good writtenal communication skill in English.
英语听说读写良好
4.Good communication skills problem-solving ability, customeriented.
专业与客户交流能力，问题解决能力，客户导向
5.Proficient in MS office.
熟练使用办公软件

Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.Handle testingders, make test plan, coordinate with clients lab
处理订单，制定测试计划，并协调客户与实验室之间的沟通
2.Prepare worksheet according to test request form根据测试要求准备相应文件
3.Complete the test reports, project documentation完成测试报告和项目文件
4.Handle customers inquiries 接受客户咨询
5.Finish the other works arranged by Supervis完成其他上级布置的任务
Qualification requirements 任职要求：
1.Bacheldegree & Specialized in Chemistry other related
subjects化学或其它相关专业本科以上学历 
2.Above 3 years working experiences in related industry is a plus
3年以上相关行业工作经验者优先考虑
3.Commof English, Proficient in MS tools 英语良好，熟练操作Office系统
4.Good communication presentation skill 良好的沟通和表达能力 
5.Team player spirit 良好的团队合作精神

Key Tasks:
Plan, track, report escalate projects targets in terms of timeline, cost, cell demands, quality performance.
DOE management
Provide measure plan with potential adjusted time planning in case of technical product issues
Risk management fcritical issue from internal external stakeholders. Initiate support task force in case of critical issue if necessary
Monittask assigned from project leader the project steering committee track status in a transparent effective way
Coordinate manage logistics from TE side
Enhance transformation of partners processes to fulfill VW (automotive) standards in terms of supplier qualification process (e.g. process standards, PEP)
Ensuring budget fthe project cluster

Qualification skills required fthe position:
MS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Elecrtrochemistry evidence of experience exceptional ability, Ph.D is a plus.
3+ years’ experience in industry in field of project management
knowledge in battery cell realated development production processes
experience in automotive industry
Open willingness to take high pressure
Strong problem solving skills
Strong verbal written communication skills

Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
Abstraction skills
Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floto top
Fluent in English, German Chinese is a plus.
