【岗位目标Purpose of the job: 】
The QC team is responsible fconducting the entire process of inspection testing from raw materials to finished products, ensuring that all shipped products meet the quality standards customer requirements. Through data analysis process improvement, they continuously reduce quality costs prevent majquality incidents.
【主要职责Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:】
1. Comprehensive management of daily work plans resource arrangements fincoming materials, production processes, outgoing inspection.
2. Take the lead in the entire process of identifying non-conforming products ensure their control.
3. Review evaluate QA related documents. Make sure the content is suitable four internal process measurement.
4. Control quality related scrap within company set target
5. Weekly/Monthly /annually reports prepare review.
6. Lead quality meeting fdriving internal continuous improvements.
【岗位经验/技能/要求Skills/Knowledge/Experience:】
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical /an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) experience
2. Minimum 5years solid experience in quality management
3. Demonstrated problem solving decision-making skills
4. Understthe core systems such as ISO9001 ISO14001, as well as the main tools like NSA SPC
5. Have a certain level of English reading writing skills
6. Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Access
7. Good skills on communication
8. Understvarious measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, two-dimensional gauges.

工作职责：
1. 带领团队根据游戏策划文档及产品实际情况，设计测试用例，安排测试计划，不断拓宽测试的深度及广度；
2. 对游戏进行功能、性能、兼容性、易用性、游戏性等一系列测试工作；
3. 独立完成所有测试环境的搭建以及相关的管理工作；
4. 优化需求开发流程，管理版本发布流程以及质量管理规范，提高测试效率和质量。

任职要求：
1.5年以上手机游戏测试经验；
2. 经历过至少1款游戏从立项到上线运行的完整过程；
3. 关注细节，极强的责任心并具备足够的耐心和执行力，能够承担较大的工作压力;
4. 非常热爱游戏，有丰富的游戏经验，对游戏有自己的认识和理解 ,有良好的项目风险把控意识；
5. 熟悉主流测试方法及理论，掌握主流测试及管理工具 ，熟悉至少一门开发或者脚本语言；
6. 具备良好的沟通能力和积极的沟通意识，具备带团队经验；
7. 本科及以上学历优先，计算机相关专业优先

工作职责：1. 测试策略与规划制定:
(1) 制定TV产品（Android，Linux系统）测试策略，功能，性能，兼容性，稳定性，安全性及用户体验测试标准；
(2) 主导测试计划和测试用例的制定，协调资源安排，把控测试进度，及时Highlight项目风险；输出完整测试报告；
2. 负责TV测试团队成员的日常工作安排，推动团队成员技术能力提升，提高团队效率，推进自动化落地；
3. 主导TV模块测试技术的攻坚与创新，解决复杂问题，提升测试用例的覆盖率；保证Release软件质量；
4. 跨部门协作，与RD/AE，FAE，市场等部门协作，参与需求评审，推动公版Release质量评审。
任职资格：1. 本科及以上学历，计算机，电子信息，软件，自动化等相关专业；
2. 8年或以上TV/DVB端测试经验，5年或以上团队管理经验；
3. 英语四级以上，具备和海外客户沟通能力；
4. 熟悉TV端完整测试流程，精通TV各模块的测试技术方法，熟悉自动化测试工具的使用以及JIRA/Test Rail等Bug管理系统；
5. 擅长制定测试任务排期和任务拆解，良好的沟通能力，具备跨团队协调与问题解决能力，有成功带领团队完成大型TV海外项目的优先；
6. 熟悉TV行业各个区域认证标准，熟悉TV相关模块的技术；
7. 具备强管理、沟通、协调能力，并具备强抗压能力.
