sales engineer岗位职责

Responsibilities
1. Develop execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the mass market segment
2. Build maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, channel partners
3. Identify new business opportunities develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets
4. Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Provide technical product information solutions to customers, including application-specific recommendations
6. Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs
7. Monitmarket trends, competitactivities, customer feedback to inform business decisions
8. Prepare deliver sales forecasts, reports, presentations to management

Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree above in Business, Engineering, related field.
2.3years of sales engineering experience in the semiconductindustry related technical field
3. Strong understanding of semiconductproducts, applications, market dynamics
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
5. Ability to work independently as part of a cross-functional team
6. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)

Desired Skills
1. Experience with mass market distribution channels retail partnerships
2. Knowledge of Industry, communication, Auto, Robot, BMS markets
3. Good English writing speaking skills

岗位职责：
1、根据公司销售任务制定销售目标及计划，与团队成员共同在全国地区向工业客户积极推广、发展Peikko 地坪建筑解决方案；
2、与相关大型专业设计院、管理公司和地坪施工单位建立并保持稳固的合作关系，并根据需要开展推广活动；
3、完成部分技术支持工作，为客户提供专业的咨询，在技术和商业方面说服项目*终用户和相关方；
4、根据公司要求管理价格和利润水平，执行销售合同、保证及时回款；
5、实时关注了解市场变动，把握客户需求，扩大产品市场占有率，做好销售渠道管理；
6、做好销售系统CRM维护管理。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，拥有相关建筑材料及工业项目销售经验者优先;
2、有敏锐的市场洞察力，较强的商务谈判能力及良好的客户服务意识;
3、具备良好的沟通意愿及一定的沟通技巧;
4、开拓进取、勇于接受工作挑战，富有团队协作精神;
5、接受经常出差。

2. 进行气体市场调查，寻找并开发潜在客户；
3. 在公司销售计划和主管的指导下，拟定个人销售和回款指标并予以完成；
4. 进行客户拜访，商谈、拟定销售方案和销售合同；
5. 及时了解客户需求，并向客户传播有关产品信息及未来产品变化方向，激发并引导客户购买产品；
6. 收集客户信息（客户背景档案信息、销售渠道、供货渠道、经营状况及经营特征）及市场信息（包括价格信息、竞争产品、竞争信息、用户需求及售后评价信息），为销售经理制定销售策略提供依据；
7. 根据公司销售策略，优化客户结构，以提高效率，降低销售及配送成本；
8. 负责与客户对帐、收款，核对包装物及产品，确保销售回款及公司利益不受损失；
9. 反馈所辖现场供气设备运行情况及客户对设备的维护要求，为生产工程部安排设备维护保养计划提供信息；
10. 完成主管所安排的其他工作。
