主要职责Main Responsibilities：
1、Within established parameters, quote negotiate prices with customerrepresentatives confirming bookings by letter drawing up contracts,sign fthe hotel obtain client signature to close the sale transaction.
     随着一些参数、价格和协议价格给客户的推出，通过协议书和书面合同确认预订，为酒店签订合同，接受客人签字确认，且完成销售订单完成销售。
2、Upon closing, co-ordinate follow-up with banquet conventionservices, reservations other departments to ensure delivery of superiorguest services.
     随着订单的完成，协调、跟进宴会或会议服务、预订和或其他部门的工作，确保为客人提供优质服务。
3、As directed, participate in Trade Shows, Convention &Promotional events within the hotel, the industry customerganization.Involved in sales entertainment other sales activities.
     根据指示，参加酒内、行业内和客户组织有关销售联谊、销售活动方面的贸易洽谈展示会、会议和促销活动。
4、Develop maintain strong contact with Account base of Customers. Build strong customer relationships.
      建立和维护强大的客户关系网和客户保持良好紧密联系。
5、All other duties assignments as directed bysupervisDirectof Sales & Dir of Marketing.
      完成市场销售总监和销售总监及主管分配的其他工作。

主要负责酒店的会议以及宴会的计划、实施工作，为客人提供所需的服务，从而稳固酒店的相关业务
Assist in securing the business, plans the meeting/event, co-ordinate rations clients before, during after each meeting/event
在销售总监的指引下，必须确保所有会议都在成功会议的理念之上进行并实现两小时可转变的标准
Under the direction of Directof Sales must ensure all meetings inquiries are handled within meeting success standard procedures always meet 2-hour turnaround standard
熟知业务价格情况，确保商业任务的数量，了解客人需要的同时，运用管理技巧销售酒店的设施和服务，从而达到酒店预期的收入总值
Be informed on sales business quoted to ensure business is maximized. At all times, understthe client’s needs whilst optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management up selling of hotel facilities of service
支持酒店会议销售团体的工作并成为市场销售收入的主要部分
Support the Hotel Sales meeting team with site inspection, client entertainment, familiarization other events that form part of the sales marketing revenue plan
确保客人的需求得到详细的落实和记录，从而保证酒店的正常运行
Ensure that all client requirements have been confirmed that these details are accurately thoroughly communicated to the hotel operation in a timely manner
熟知酒店各种会议的详细情况，并与酒店各个部门保持紧密的联系
Act as primary point of contract to detailed meeting/event planning, working closely with banquet operation, F & B management, Reservation, Rooms Division operation, Finance external suppliers
确保与回头客保持联系，并准确的执行酒店的运作详细任务
Ensure regular client contact when meetings/events are in-house ensure all hotels operational details are executed correctly
在活动被确定之前与客人确认活动的顺序
Ensure correct accurate billing confirm with client upon conclusion of event
追踪客人的回馈从而明确更多的商业机会
Follow up with client to obtain event feedback identify further business opportunities
协助销售总监做竞争对手的调查
Assist Directof Sales to conduct regular competitor’s survey
在 48 小时内根据客人的回馈，与之交流并解决问题
Ensure client feedback is communicate acted upon internally manage resolution of any issues with the client within 48 hours

岗位职责
1.依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2.积极地参与完成部门销售任务，为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3.紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量，以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4.参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间，宴会，服务以及其他设施)。
5.了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息，包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等，并定期向销售总监汇报。
6.与各部门紧密沟通并协同工作，建立紧密的客户关系。
7.负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
8.拓展增加住房产量，并同时增加宴会收入。
岗位要求
1.具有国际品牌酒店同等职位工作经验优先考虑。
2.具有一定客户资源，了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
3.较强的团队合作意识及团队领导能力。
4.较强的人际交往能力,优秀的沟通和商务洽谈技能。
5.较强的组织协调能力和问题解决能力。
