汇报线：IT Director, ERP
工作地点：寮步 或 深圳（项目上线期间需各地出差）
Responsibility:
负责企业SAP财务方向的应用分析、业务流程制定和实施落地
负责业务痛点梳理、需求分析、流程设计，并推进业务流程和系统方案的优化
负责从设计、配置、功能需求说明书编写、测试、用户培训到系统切换上线全过程交付
负责系统运维相关功能提升、问题解决、以及用户培训等日常支持工作
Qualification:
本科以上学历，财务会计、信息管理或计算机等相关专业
5年以上SAP FICO经验，3个以上完整SAP项目实施经验，至少1个完成的S/4 Hana实施经验，具备独立承担制造业SAP FICO 模块的实施能力，能独立统筹财务应用，有较强的沟通协调、逻辑思维和问题解决能力
了解SAP GL，AR/AP，FA，CCA，PCA以物料分类账的相关知识
了解SAP FI/CO与其他各模块的集成的相关知识
了解SAP与外部系统集成，有开发基础优先
能够承受较大的工作压力，责任心强，能适应出差

Role:
SAP Consultant
Responsibility
1. Implements full cycle SAP projects/ roll-outs / enhancements change requests in any of the following SAP areas: FI/CO, SD, PS, CS, PM, MM, PP, QM, EWM, etc.
2. Follow the full life cycle of project in areas of business process review, as-is analysis, gap analysis, blueprint preparation, functional specification, system design configuration, testing go-live support to drive deliver end-to-end activities SAP solution fimplementation roll-out projects
3. Closely work with clients in the selection, implementation, production support of application-packaged solutions. E.g. S4HANA OP/Cloud ES/Cloud PCE
4. Leverage in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, packaged solution expertise to integrate packaged technology the clients’ business environment effectively inder to achieve client expected business results
5. Sharing knowledge within the team helping in building up competencies and/improving the quality of deliverables
6. Effectively uses teamwork to contribute to a high morale/high-performance team culture, consulting attitude strong personal integrity
7. Assist in the coordination collaboration of external consultants (Customer & Suppliers) as well as internal team members.
8. Design practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions fbusiness requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost implementation timeline.
9. Complete other duties as required by the Manager from time to time
Requirements
1. 5+ years of SAP related experience in at least 1 model of FICO, MM, SD, PM，PP, QM WM etc., at least 2~3 full-cycle project
2. Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation project and/roll-out/enhancement project
3. Cross-module integration experience of different models
4. Hands-on experience thorough understanding of Integrating SAP related non-SAP applications
5. Skills in creating process flow diagrams, business process documents, training material
6. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science similar discipline
7. Fluency in English, both written spoken
8. Excellent communication skills customer relationship skills
9. Good analytical, problem-solving consulting skills positive learning attitude
