岗位职责：
1、根据公司规划需求，组织分管行业采购策略制定；
2、依据公司采购策略，按照供应商开发流程，制定所负责物料类别的供应商开发实施计划，组织供应商开发，满足质量、交期、成本目标。
3、供应商价格制定、成本分析控制、制定降本计划并实施、编制采购分配比例，使采购成本得到有效控制，采购活动顺利执行
4、供应商关系管理与绩效管理。
5、参与日常物料采购交期沟通，协助采购员实施采购活动，以满足生产需求。
任职要求：
1、学历：本科学历，机械、模具、焊接、材料成型等相关理工科专业；
2、工作经验：3年以上供应商开发和管理经验；
3、专业知识技能：有电力设备行业研发、工业化、工程等经验，或熟悉铸造、焊接、机加工产品生产工艺过程；
4、其他：具有良好的沟通表达和组织协调能力。

岗位要求
1、全日制大学专科以上 ，工程师职称 2、英语具备日常沟通交流的能力，读写熟练 3、具备5年以上石油化工、煤化工、化工等相关行业，相同岗位工作背景 4、工作地点为哈萨克斯坦、越南、沙特等国家和海外地区 5、工作积极肯干，吃苦耐劳，具有较强的工作执行力 6、身体健康，能够达到出国体检标准 7、熟练使用常用的办公软件和本专业需用的工程软件。7、一般每三个月回国休假12天左右（含路途），住宿、伙食免费，差旅费报销。8、国际化的工作氛围，高标准的大型项目工程建设与管理工作环境。

Job Description
As a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting team, the candidate will join professionals with unparalleled SAP development technical knowledge customer relationship skills. Through our capabilities in these areas, we deliver advisory services fSAP solutions to assist our clients in translating strategy action. Particularly the candidate will be responsible for:
As a Manager, you will be working hands in hands with SeniManagers Associate Directors in managing the project delivery, coaching the project members, managing high level communication with clients, researching on the new market trends developing new consulting products services.
Job Scope includes but not limited to:
- Design develops SAP architecture requirements specifications to ensure the system is meeting client’s needs.
- Establish standards requirements fSAP system.
- Evaluating directing SAP enhancements
- Implementing solution fSAP performance monitoring.
- SAP system architecture design, configuration implementation
Candidate Qualifications:
- Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Management Information System similar qualifications.
- 7+ years of relevant experience as an SAP technical leader SAP technical architect in IT management consulting firms, Big 4 accounting firms any large complexganization;
- End-to-end experience in design implementing SAP technical landscape.
- SAP pre-sales experience will be a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail, superbganization skills, strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work with cross teams to identify system needs drive them to resolution translate client issues solutions that address complex situations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written spoken English Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
