岗位职责：
【数据研发/数据分析方向】
1. 负责国际化出行（拉美、亚太、中东等）用户增长、用户运营、广告投放，支持全球多国家/多时区/多币种数据模型；
2. 熟悉数仓架构（ODS→CDM→ADS），确保数据质量、一致性及可扩展性，丰富业务应用层集市，构建业务数据门户，提升数据分析、业务决策的效率；
3. 与增长产品经理、策略运营深度协同，将埋点、用户行为、营销花费、补贴效果等数据沉淀为可复用的增长数据资产；
4. 构建实时+离线数据体系，支持用户画像的实时获取，以及实时计算用户平台价值；
5. 制定并落地数据治理规范（口径、生命周期、成本、权限、合规），满足 GDPR/CCPA/当地数据出境要求；
6. 建立数据异常检测与自动修复机制，保障核心指标（ROI、CAC、留存、LTV）的准确性与及时性。
任职资格：
1. 计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上，3 年以上数据仓库或大数据平台经验；
2. 精通 Hive/Flink/Spark/Kafka，具备 TB 级以上数据建模与调优能力；熟悉 StarRocks/Doris/ClickHouse 等 OLAP 引擎优先；
3. 熟悉维度建模理论，能独立完成业务需求调研→模型设计→ETL 开发→数据校验全链路交付；
4. 具备增长或营销场景数据经验（归因、裂变、补贴、触达），了解 A/B 实验体系；
5. 英语读写熟练，可使用英语进行模型字段命名、数据字典与海外团队 Code Review；
6. Base上海，能接受跨时区会议（拉美/美西时段）。

Objectives:
Our Manufacturing & OpEx Intelligence Team is supporting the operational divisions central functions with global data around Manufacturing, Asset Effectiveness provides the required transparency fBASF production. This data is the essential part of all improvements of our manufacturing processes.
You are heading the holistic data analysis initiate improvements of data quality in core systems. Your tasks include preparation of a wide range of data, creation of statistical analyses, selection training of machine learning models their evaluation.
Main Task:
- You initiate drive the data mining activities based on our ERP production data transform them meaningful structures.
- You work in cross-functional projects at the interface between manufacturing engineering, understdata workflows build a reliable data foundation.
- You work with state-of-the art data science frameworks, develop new algorithms, solutions four internal business partners.

Job Requirements:
- A university degree in the field of Natural Science, Engineering Mathematics other subjects, such as business informatics, industrial engineering, other comparable education.
- Minimum 3 years’ related working experience
- Experiencing Agile way of working agile implementation approach
- You have in-depth experience in data analysis, data management, security, visualization as well as in consulting fbusiness stakeholders have practical experience in the field of data analytics, data science, data mining machine learning.
- Fluent English communication skills
