数据开发经理岗位职责

As the Sourcing Data Platform & Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our data-driven initiatives leading the development implementation of data products. You will be responsible fleveraging statistical mathematical techniques to analyze interpret complex data sets, as well as overseeing the end-to-end process of data modeling. Additionally, you will be expected to have a strong background in building BI teams from scratch practical experience in data governance.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development execution of data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements translate them actionable data product plans.
• Utilize statistical mathematical techniques to analyze interpret large complex data sets, providing valuable insights recommendations.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of data modeling, including data collection, cleansing, transformation, visualization.
• Build manage a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement.
• Develop implement data governance frameworks practices to ensure data quality, integrity, compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends advancements in data analytics, identifying opportunities finnovation improvement.
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelors degree higher in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, related disciplines.
• Relevant data analysis data science certifications (e.g., Data Scientist certification) would be a plus.
Work Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully leading data-driven initiatives.
• Practical experience in implementing data governance practices ensuring data quality compliance.
• Experience working in an agile development environment focused on value delivery.
• Experience working in Supply Chain Management business domain’s product design.
• People management experience.
Skills/Competencies:
• Strong knowledge understanding of statistical mathematical techniques fdata analysis.
• Proficiency in data modeling visualization tools.

岗位职责：
1.技术战略与架构
(1)平台规划： 负责公司大数据技术栈的选型、演进和顶层设计（如Hadoop生态、Spark、Flink、流批一体架构、数据湖/数据仓库/湖仓一体）；
(2)架构设计： 设计高可用、高吞吐、低延迟的数据管道，处理TB/PB级数据；
(3)治理与质量： 建立数据治理框架，保障数据安全、隐私、质量和元数据管理。
2.项目交付与业务支持
(1)与数据产品经理、数据分析师、业务部门紧密合作，理解需求，将模糊的业务问题转化为清晰的技术项目；
(2)负责关键数据项目（如实时数仓建设、用户行为分析平台、推荐系统数据层）的落地；
(3)保障数据服务的SLA，处理线上故障和性能优化。

岗位要求：
1.数据科学与大数据技术‌、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.精通Java/Scala/Python（至少一种）；
3.深入掌握 Spark（核心、SQL、 Streaming）、Flink。了解MapReduce原理；
4.精通HDFS、Hive、HBase、Kafka。熟悉YARN、Kubernetes；
5.深刻理解维度建模、星型/雪花模型、OLAP，熟悉至少一种云数仓（如 Snowflake、Redshift、BigQuery）或开源方案（Apache Doris、StarRocks、ClickHouse）；
6.熟悉Airflow、DolphinScheduler等调度工具，熟悉集群性能调优、故障排查；
7.能带领团队攻坚克难，营造积极的技术氛围；
8.能用业务语言与高管沟通，用技术语言与团队协作，是优秀的“翻译官”;
9.强烈的业务好奇心，能主动从数据角度发现业务机会或风险；
10.优秀的项目规划、执行和风险控制能力。

数据产品经理
岗位职责：
1、深入理解跨境物流全链路（如清关、运输、仓储、追踪）的业务痛点，挖掘数据驱动型需求。
2、设计数据看板、预警系统、智能决策工具(如:妥投率、清关时效、异常分类、客户LTV)）等产品方案，提升物流效率。
3、主导BI工具、物流大数据平台、API数据服务等产品的功能设计，输出PRD及原型。
4、建立物流风险监控指标（如清关延误率、货损率），通过数据模型降低运营风险。
岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历
2、 3年以上数据产品经理经验，有跨境物流/供应链领域经验者优先。
3、精通SQL、数据分析工具（Tableau/Power BI）
