工作职责：
1、负责制定整体风控体系框架及流程，拟定风险管理流程和风险管理制度；
2、负责定期对业务部门工作合规性的检查与管理，监控各类业务风险的分析及防范措施的制定；
3、参与风险审批和风险定价、参与评估产品风险，根据具体情况提出风险规范建议并提出风险预警。
4、客户群体与行为特征深入挖掘分析，提升优质客户资产占比；
5、负责信贷政策在全流程风险管控中的落地，确保系统对信贷政策的正确应用。
任职资格：
1.硕士及以上学历学位，经济学、金融或统计类专业；
2.3年以上金融相关行业信贷政策制定、风险策略管理经验；
3.精通金融信贷业务、风险管理基础知识和银行、汽车金融信贷管理知识；
4.精通Excel、PPT、WORD等办公软件，能够熟练使用数据分析工具（Eg：SAS Python Excel VBA）;
5.思维敏锐，具备一定的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力、对内外组织沟通能力、执行能力和团队精神；有诚信、愿意分享和承担责任，勇于探索与坚持创新。

HKUST(GZ) comprises four Hubs, namely Function Hub, Information Hub, Systems Hub, Society Hub offers 15 postgraduate degrees. The admission of undergraduate students will begin in 2023, with the first batch of programs covering artificial intelligence, data science big data technology.
Duties
主要职责包括如下几项并不限于：
1. 实验平台设备选型、采购等；
2. 协助完成仪器安装及相关性能确认，并整理归档仪器档案；
3. 负责测试设备的维护和日常管理；
4. 制定实验室仪器sop及开发用户培训课程，配合教学和科研实验课程；
5. 辅助科研团队进行测试平台的搭建；
6. 完成其他实验平台相关工作。
任职要求:
1. 仪器仪表、微电子、电子信息、光学工程、光电子与信息光学、物理、材料 、化学等相关专业硕士及以上学历
2. 有光学领域相关知识包括几何光学、物理光学、像差理论、激光等，具有光学设计、光学调试等相关经验和能力；
3. 有集成光学、射频或电子、光电器件测试相关经验者优先；
4. 有高频测试仪器，光电探针台，光学测试平台搭建经验者优先；
5. 有LabVIEW, C++, Python, Git 者优先；
6. 动手能力强，做事严谨细致有耐心，较强的学习能力、工作主动性，良好的独立工作能力、责任心强，良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力 。

岗位职责：
1.Lead manage projects including new product development, transfer project process continuous improvement from concept to commercialization.
领导和管理项目，包括新产品开发，转移项目和从概念到商业化过程的持续改进。
2.Define project scope, milestones objectives to meet stakeholders requirement.
定义项目范围、里程碑和目标，以满足涉众的需求。
3.Develop detailed project plan, including project timeline, tooling breakdown, equipment breakdown, material breakdown, validation breakdown, sterilization stability breakdown regulatory activities.

4.Develop monitrisk management plan to meet projects deliverables goals.
制定并监控风险管理计划，以满足项目的可交付成果和目标。
5.Lead work closely with cross-functional groups as well as outside group.

6.Responsible to establish product BOM monitproject expense within control
负责建立产品BOM并控制项目费用。
7.Conduction daily/weekly/monthly meeting with cross-functional to review projects status, discuss issues come out with solutions, project plan to track decision follow-up actions.
与各职能部门进行每日/每周/每月的会议，回顾项目状态，讨论问题并提出解决方案，更新项目计划，跟踪决策和后续行动。
8.Ensure all project required docs is ready before handover to production. Such as project file, design history file, PWI, inspection criteria, Forms procedures
确保所有项目所需文件在交付生产前准备就绪。如项目文件，设计历史文件，过程作业指导书，检验标准，表单和程序文件。
9.Lead validation activities prepare validation docs.
领导验证活动并准备验证文档。
10.Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

岗位要求：
1.Above college ,at least 5 years of experience in solving Injection molding issues
大专及以上学历，至少5年注塑问题解决经验。
2.Very familiar with molding of medical components which include IQ, OQ PQ validation processes。
非常熟悉医疗部件成型，包括IQ， OQ和PQ验证流程。
3.Understof plastic materials its relations to molding parameters
了解塑料材料及其与成型参数的关系。
4.Understtypes of plastic manufacturing solutions including 2k molding overmolding
了解各种塑料制造解决方案，包括2k模压和过度模压。
5.Familiar with type of molding machines
熟悉注塑机的类型
6.Experience in LSR molding LSR overmolding tooling construction of a LSR mold。
有LSR成型和LSR复模的经验，有LSR模具的模具构造经验。
7.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading writing。
