Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible fEMC testing, including familiar with the testing of standards such as RED,FCC,IC,MIC,NCC, KCC, mainly involving electronic electrical products.ganize record the test results, make result judgments feed back to the supervisor.
负责EMC测试，包括并熟悉RED,FCC,IC,MIC,NCC,KCC等标准的测试，主要涉及电子电器产 品，整理和记录测试结果，并做出结果判定并反馈给主管。
1. Proficient in the use, maintenance maintenance of laboratory equipment. Responsible fthe management cleanliness of tools, samples documents in the area.
能熟练实验室相关设备的使用，维护和保养.负责场地范围内的工具、样品、文档的管理和整洁。
1. Report test progress problem points daily, maintain good communication with project engineer
每日汇报测试进度和问题点，与项目工程师保持良好的沟通
1. Complete test tasks other arrangements assigned by supervisor, assist department manager to complete internal external audit
按时完成主管交代的测试任务与其他安排，协助部门经理完成内外部审核
Job Requirements:
1. At least 1 year EMC product testing experience .
至少1年以上EMC产品测试工作经验.
1. Bacheldegree, electronic communication related major, good communication skills team work spirit, good English listening, speaking, reading writing skills.
本科学历，电子通讯类相关专业，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，良好的英文听说读写能力
1. Familiar with the basic principles of electronic circuits, familiar with the basic knowledge of radio.
熟悉电子电路的基本原理，熟悉无线电基本知识
1. Willing to learn new knowledge can work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
Verify qualify the design to ensure the good reliability of product.
• Ensure the test Process goes smoothly.
• Project management test failure follow up (report, analysis communication with team)
• Implement Company’s Quality Plan at Suzhou Lab.
• Ensure that the Test Manager is immediately informed of serious test issues.
• Ensure compliance to regulations corporate policies procedures.
• Ensures that the Test items in DQTP are aligned to the related standards, Product Specification Drawing customer specific requirements.
• DQTP creation fNew Project ECN etc.
• Key Component test plan creation.
• Test arrangement & schedule follow up according to approved DQTP.
• Test failure sample check & analysis.
• Jira generation communication with team fimprovement, verification & closure.
• Weekly report on the responsible project testing status.
• New Test Fixture development per new requirement.
• New Test Protocols generation.
• Test data review to ensure the test data accuracy.
• Complete the Test Request on system on time.
• Technical support on Supplier Laboratory.
• Implement the NPD & ECNs etc. testing per DQTP related test protocols.
• Deliver the test summary (report) on time.
• Support the Product Readiness activities fnew products.
• Review of Customer return data to develop new test items (fixture) to avoid the similar issue, provide Test Engineering support fcustomer complaint investigation.
• Provide the technical training ftest Technicians operators.
• Complete the DQTP test & Test Summary 90% on time per timeline.
• Achieve goals/ objectives set by Test Engineering Manager.
• Control the test summary accuracy rate is 98% above.
• No majdesign verification missing.
• The test related issues need to be 100% reported & recorded.
• Release the Failure Alert to team within 36hrs(workdays).
• Control the repeat test item (＜=2).

Job Summary:
Transceiver module front end back end assembly engineer, test engineer, burn in  Test engineering
Main Responsibilities:
Support the introduction of existing new high advanced transceiver module products manufacturing, from Optics assembly to Module assembly.
Generate maintain documentation related to tests, tooling safety, ensures designs, documents, test procedures have been validated in manufacturing prito production release. 
Manage test process development improvements, ensure the accomplishment of the production plan.
Provide technical support fthe qualification validation of new equipment processes. 
Ensure smooth running responsive relationships are initiated maintained with customers suppliers 
Write perform Test Program Qualification Protocols Reports to internal/customer expectations 
Ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with established quality control policies/work instructions 
Facilitate continuous improvement & cost reduction projects. Provide technical knowledge on products/ test issues.
Qualifications Skills Required:
1.engineering physics majunder bacheldegree equivalent ( Min 2-5 year in Electronics industry experience) 
2.Strong written verbal communication skills in English 
3.Minimum 2-3 years experiences in testing of optical devices, components telecommunication area. 
4.Demonstrated hands on experience in resolving technical issues involving optical test equipment test system set-up. 
5.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
6.Willingness to travel when needed.
