validation engineer岗位职责

该岗位前期在吴江工作，预计明年上半年工厂搬迁至常熟东南开发区。
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze valuate customer requirements (Mainly environment test requirement, EMC test requirement material test).
2. Develop EMC test plan environment test plan according national, international customer requirements.
3. Execution verification validation tests according to test plan, national international requirements.
4. Commissioning external test labs.
5. Communication test results to customers.
6. Responsibility coordination timing assigned projects manage it.
7. Responsibility assigned national international projects manage it.
8. Support advisory function in pre-development phase to series production (Engineering, industrial engineering, test engineering, manufacturing engineering).
9. Support permanent involvement in project management (status meetings, team meetings).
10. Supervision maintenance China Validation Lab (Environment test lab, such as climate chamber thermal shock chamber so on).
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree above in electronics similar expertise.
2. Familiar with EMC environment test.
3. Know how in Automotive test specification automotive interfaces fantenna switch products.
4. Familiar with VW, PSA test standards.
5. Good English skills in reading writing, basical English requirement.
6. Good communication skills, team-work consciousness.

-完成AI芯片、板卡、系统的bringup到量产的调试和系统验证
-分析和解决从Bringup到量产过程中发现的各种问题
-和系统架构师、芯片设计工程师，软件开发工程师已经项目经理紧密合作，深入理解产品要求，快速完成产品迭代
-参与系统验证基于PaddlePaddle，Tensorflow，Pytorch等框架的模型，和软硬件同事一起优化系统性能
-定义系统级验证和测试标准，帮助产品快速、顺利的推向市场
-开发系统验证过程中需要用到的测试工具和测试脚本
-适配不同类型的服务，完成包括功能测试、兼容性测试、性能测试、压力测试、可靠性测试等数据中心准入测试
任职资格
-本科及以上学历
-掌握一种或多种编程语言，如C，C++, Python等
-熟悉计算机体系结构，有一定的软硬件调试经验
-有芯片Bringup经验或者芯片量产经验的优先
-熟悉服务器结构或拥有服务器兼容性测试的优先
-熟练掌握测试仪器如示波器、协议分析仪的优先
-有AI相关经验的优先
